WHO CAN JOIN?
Any ice hockey player who is scheduled to attend West Chester East High School is eligible to try out for one of our teams! Home schooled players who live in our attendance area are also welcome.

DO I HAVE TO TRY OUT?
Yes! In order to make a team, everyone must try out. Tryouts are competitive, and are held every year, but you must be registered with the Club to try out! If you want to try out for the next season you have to register with the Club NOW!

WHEN DO I REGISTER?
Wednesday, May 25th, 7PM-8:30PM at Ice Line. All team levels.
Any families who are planning to play in the fall should sign up on Wednesday, May 25th to help with the determination of team structure, number of teams and coaching decisions. At least one parent needs to go in person to Registration Night with the following paperwork:

• One completed registration packet (original) and a copy of the first two pages.
• Check(s) for registration fees
• New Players – a copy of your birth certificate

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN PERSON?
Club members volunteer their time to register you and make themselves available to discuss your questions and concerns. They check your paperwork to make sure it is complete and help file it so that it gets to the appropriate end user. In addition, at registration we often have additional information about upcoming club events, how to order team and fan gear, ect. It is much more costly and time consuming for us to do this my mail. So we ask that you do register your player in person.

Note: The player does not have to go to registration, but be sure that he/she had signed each form that requires a player signature!

HOW DO I GET THE REGISTRATION PACKET?
Download the registration form. This form is a Microsoft Word document.
2. Print copies of the packet and fill the forms out by hand, or fill them out on your computer and then print them. Either way, bring 1 legible set with original signatures on each page required and a copy of the first 2 pages. DO NOT email or fax completed forms to us!

DOES WEST CHESTER EAST OFFER ANY SUMMER CLINICS?
Yes, we offer several summer clinics for high school and middle school players. We give priority for available spaces to our current players and to players who are registered for the fall season to take. Contact us for more information on Summer Clinics.

IM NOT SURE IF IM READY TO PLAY FOR W.C. EAST. CAN I TAKE A CLINIC TO IMPROVE MY SKILLS?
Yes. As long as you are eligible to play for the Club, you may ask to join a Clinic. However, we give priority to registered players for the spaces available and the registration process is different if you are not already registered with us. Contact us for more information on Summer Clinics.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE A W.C. EAST CLINIC TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE TEAM?
No. Clinics are offered to our players to help them maintain and improve their skills, but they are not mandatory. However, by taking a clinic, you get to meet our players and get to know our coaches, and they get to know you.

THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PLAYER IN MY FAMILY. DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes. We offer multi-player discounts to families with more than one player in the Club. Please contact a member of the BOARD for details.

WHAT IF I MISS REGISTRATION NIGHT AND STILL WANT TO JOIN?
Any player who missed registration will be allowed to register only with Board approval, and upon payment of an additional $50 late registration fee. (This fee will be waived only for any player who moved into the district or switched schools after May). Please contact a member of the BOARD for more information.
